Returns + Refunds

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are unsatisfied with your product, you may return it within 30 days of the purchase date. To be eligible for a return, please ensure that your item meets the following conditions:
Eligibility for Returns:
The item must be in new, unused, and undamaged condition.
It must be in original packaging with all accompanying bits & pieces.
Proof of purchase, such as a receipt or order confirmation, is required.
Return Process:
Contact Good Natured Gardener Customer Service team through our Contact page to initiate the return process.
Provide your order number, the reason for the return, and any additional relevant information.
We will send you any relevant information about your return.
Carefully package the item, including all original components.
Send the item to the address provided by our Customer Service team. Shipping costs for returns are the customer's responsibility unless the return is due to an error on our part.
Refund Process:
Once we receive your return and inspect the item, we will process your refund within 3 business days.
The refund will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase.
You will be notified via email when the refund has been processed.
Exclusions:
** Items returned after the 30-day return period will not be accepted.
Damaged or Defective Items:
If you receive a damaged or defective item, don't hesitate to contact us within 7 days of receiving the product. We will provide instructions on returning the item or facilitating a replacement.
Good Natured Gardener reserves the right to refuse returns or exchanges that do not meet the above criteria or do not adhere to this Return Policy.
